today i was not happy cause of my work...

previously thr wasn't any problem saying we are calling from tobacco company, but after that the CMD ppl complain cz it is kinda sensitive saying we are from tobacco company... so today they ask us nt to say we are from tobacco company and say we are from CSM.. duh... who knows wad is CSM? dno y even though we din say anything abt tobacco, but the ppl stil ask whether we are from BAT? Dunhill? CMD? i hate to call KL ppl... so lanci, so rude, they can just hang ur phone, n say some lanci words... lol... if nt interested then say la.. no nid to hang phone straight away... dam rude...

then got one consumer, suddenly ask am i from BAT? lol i dno wad to answer her... then i softly admited, then she din hear.. then i say louder 'ya' then she says.. oh my u r nt even sure! she tot i was hesitating.. well, it is my fault, n it is nt that i m nt sure..bt i was told nt to admit... so how? wad can i do? i dam angry lor...

after client ask their legal department, then oni they say can use BAT, CMD those kind of words... ish... is they ask properly next time, we wont waste time n get scoldings d la!

i dam hate it when i get scolding..

if the person is right, i wil angry at myself cz why i wil do such mistakes and i wil be determine to do better...
